Looks good ,have never done power cleans before but will try them. I will add a short hiit session at the end, Assault bike,rower or jump rope.

Winter months are dangerous for me as winter here keeps me inside. I find I eat more and am hoping your 18-6 IF program works. I workout at home and I only have a set of dumbbell and your design water-pipe design kettle bell tool..(Ingenious).

I could use some suggestions on building pec size, traps and lower body with dumbbells.

I have a compression problem in my upper spine which prohibits me from lifting serious weight over my head (barbell instability)

I can use a Smith rack which helps with the instability, but I have to be careful on the weight amounts.

Any suggestions would help.
